Conduct inspections, identify pest activity, and design treatment plans
Apply treatments safely and effectively in line with Australian Standards and WHS requirements
Educate customers on prevention and upsell value‑adding services
Use a mobile app to manage jobs, notes, photos, and invoices
Maintain your equipment and vehicle to a professional standard
What you’ll bring
Current Australian Pest Management Licence (NSW or equivalent)
Strong communication skills and a genuine customer‑service mindset
Reliable, organised, and comfortable working solo on the road
Valid Australian driver’s licence
Ability to follow WHS procedures and safe chemical handling practices
Termite experience is a plus (training available)
